My Availability allows you to update the hours/days you are available to work.
My Availability is accessed from the side Menu.
The main screen shows your calendar with any hours/days of availability highlighted.
You can switch the view between Weekly and Monthly (1).
To add a new availability entry, click on the blue plus icon (2).
(3) you can refresh the calendar by clicking this icon.
After clicking the Create Availability icon, the Create Availability screen opens.
In this example, we are going to set up a recurring availability for every Monday, Tuesday, and Friday between 11am and 2:30pm until 31/12/2023.
1 Enter the Start/End date and time you are available.
2 If this availability is to be a recurring entry, click on Repeat. (See below for more information)
3 You can add notes and a location for any extra information about the availability hours.
Adding a Repeat Recurrence
To add a recurrence to your availability, first select the frequency - you can choose between Never, Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly. We are selecting Weekly.
Repeat On - Select when you want the entry to be repeated on and the days. In the example below we are setting it at every week on a Monday, Tuesday, and Friday.
Repeat End - Enter when you would like the Recurrence to end. In the example below we are setting it to end on the 31st December 2023.
Once you have completed this setup, click on Save. You will be taken back to the Create Availability screen. Finish filling in the notes and/or location information, then click Add Availability.
You can see below, that the new availability entry is now showing on the calendar.
Click on one of the highlighted sections on the calendar if you would like to Edit or Delete the Recurrence.
The steps for Editing the availability are the same as for setting up a new entry.
You can also select to delete just the one entry you clicked on or the recurring series.
