
This article explains how to export a report to IMS.
The IMS Payroll Report is already set up in the layout for IMS systems. If you are generating a report to be exported directly to IMS, then we suggest you leave the fields as they appear with no custom columns. If you are exporting the report for internal use, you can make any changes you require.
Click the Reports button on the main Header.
Scroll to the Staff Scheduler Reports box (this maybe a different heading depending on your Webcare setup) and click on IMS Payroll Report.
The IMS Payroll Report page will open.
Select the options for your IMS Payroll report.
1. Facility - Leaving this blank will include ALL Facilities. Otherwise you can use the dropdown list to select specific facilities.
2. Staff Name - Like Facility, leaving this blank will include ALL Staff. Otherwise you can use the dropdown list to select specific staff.
3. Start and End Date - Select the date range for the report you are generating.
4. Show only Unassigned shifts - Tick if you would like to show only unassigned shifts in your report.
5. Include Previous Staff changed hours - Tick if you would like to Include previous staff changed hours in your report.
6. Generate Report - Once these options have been configured, click on Generate Report.
Once the report has been generated, if you are wanting the report for internal use, you can customise it by adding or removing columns. To do this click on the Show Customisation Window. This will bring up the Field Chooser box.
To add a column, simply drag a field from the Field Chooser box onto the report header and drop it.
To remove the column, select the column header, drag it back to the Field Chooser box and drop it.
Once you are happy with your report, export it by clicking on To CSV. This ensures it is in the correct format for IMS Payroll.
