This article goes over submitting a Leave Request from your Mobile.
After you have logged into your Webcare Staff App, open the menu and select My Leave Requests.
This will open the My Leave Requests page.
The page has three main features, the top half allows you to filter the requests. You can click on each of the boxes to sort between the types, All, Annual Leave, Sick Leave etc. Or filter by a Date Period.
The section below this, holds the current Leave requests (filtered by the section at the top).
The Plus symbol at the bottom, gives you the ability to create a new leave request directly from your app.
Clicking on the Plus symbol, opens the Apply Leave page.
Once Submitted, you will receive a pop-up box confirming your Leave Request has been sent.
You can see below, the Leave Request we just created is now listed.
If you click on the Leave Request, it will open and show the details. From here you can click OK, Got it, or Cancel Leave Application.
Clicking OK, Got it - will take you back to the My Leave Request page.
Clicking Cancel Leave Application - will open a warning box with a reason for Cancelling/Changing.
If you click the Cancel Leave Application button, you can enter the reason for changing/cancelling the Leave Request.
Once Changed/Cancelled, the icon next to your Leave Request will change.
When your Leave Status is changed (Declined, Approved etc), you will get a notification to your Mobile.
The icon on the My Leave Request page will also change to green if approved.
If Declined, it will be red.
