Client Details
The Client Details landing page can be accessed from My Clients or within the My Appointments page.
To access it from the My Clients page, go to Menu - My Clients - Select your Client.
To access the client details page from within My Appointments:
Go to the Menu - My Appointments - click on your appointment - Client Details
You will now see the new Client Details landing page (screenshot below), this gives you access to About Me, My Disability, My Goals and My Support Plan, My Contacts, Vaccine Pass, and Progress Notes.
You can Add Progress Notes directly from this screen.
Essential Info
View your Clients' Essential Info. This information can be Viewed, added or edited.
To Add Essential Info, Click on .
Click on Details, this will open a text box to type in the Essential Info.
Mark as Important: Adds a red circle with an exclamation mark inside it.
Keep this on top: Ensures this essential information will stay at the top of the list.
Submit: Saves the information for the Essentials Information list.
To Edit an entry already there, click on the info you would like to change. Click Edit, change/add the details. Then Save.
About Me
The About Me page provides all of your clients basic information, including Health Information, 'My Background', Warning Signs and Alerts, Hazards, Risks and Vulnerabilities, Do's and Don'ts, Notes and Admin Notes. This is a read-only page and can only be added to from the core system by admin as a security measure.
My Disability
My Disability provides you with all of the clients Attributes, Primary, Secondary and Tertiary Disability's, including the Medical/Associated Conditions, Behavior, Diagnosis, Practitioner and their Contact Information. This is also a read-only page and can only be added to from the core system by admin as a security measure.
My Goals
In My Goals you can view all the goals for a particular client. The goals list shows Status (the coloured square) and the Goal title.
Click on a Goal to view more details (e.g. milestones and their individual status, service area, start date, review date, etc).
My Support Plan
When you select My Support Plan, you are given the menu containing Physical Health, Mental Health, Spiritual Health and Community Support.
You can select each category to get more information.
For example, below we have selected Physical Health, then Personal Care Related Support.
This is also a read-only page.
My Contacts
The My Contacts page gives you all contact information for your client, including phone numbers and email addresses. These are clickable links enabling you to press and contact straight away.
It also gives you Next of Kin information informing you of their relationship to your client, if they hold power of attorney, contact phone number and the reasons to contact them.
Vaccine Pass
The Vaccine Pass gives you an overview of what vaccines your client has had, when they had them and any reactions to the vaccinations they may have had. This was especially important through Covid, this allowed vaccine passes to also be uploaded to the core system to be viewed on the App.
Message Staff
This gives staff the ability to send another staff member a quick message.
The Title of the message will be pre-populated with the clients name (the client profile you are sending the message from) and your name. This can be edited.
Message for staff: Enter the message here. Click Save.
Staff: Select the Staff members name you would like to send the message to. Multiple names can be selected.
Click Message Staff to send, or Cancel.

Add Note / Progress Notes
When you select Progress Notes on the client details menu, you will see the list of progress notes for your client. Click on a Progress Note in the list to see the details. You can also Add a new Progress Note from here.
Below is a screen shot of a list of Progress Notes and the Progress Note Details page:
To add a new Progress Note, click on the green plus icon ' + Add Progress Note'
at the top of the list. Or you can select it on the Client Details landing page.
The below screenshot is the form that you will be taken to:
Choose the date for the Progress Note and then select the Category - as you would in the core system, once selected click 'Done' (You can select multiple categories):
Select the Label that would apply to your progress note, once selected click 'Done' (You can select multiple labels):
Add the Progress Note:
You have the option of making the Progress Note goal related. Please note that progress notes can be written without goals or milestones. If this is the case, click on the green 'Submit Progress Note' button at the bottom of the page.
If you would like to add goals to the new progress note, tick the 'Is Goal Related' box. You can then choose one or multiple goals from the list. Once selected, click 'Done'.
Once a goal/s have been selected, you can assign a milestone to the Progress Note from the list.
You can select one or multiple milestones, then click 'Done'.
Finally you can also attach a photo of the goal achieved:
Once all of the data has been entered, you click on the green button at the bottom of the screen - 'Submit Progress Note'.
This saves the Progress Note and all data is sent to the main core system, with your final Progress Note and details available for viewing.
