Select Clients from the Menu bar, then select View all Clients from the drop-down menu.
Select your client from the list. Alternatively, you can also select them from the main Dashboard under the list My Assigned Clients. Below we will select Aroha Ataahua.
The Client Profile page gives you an immediate snapshot of your client's information.
- The sidebar brings in the information you entered when you added your client. Here you can also add an image of your client by clicking on the silhouette and selecting the file.
- This section is editable and is there to provide an immediate overview of your client.
- Quick Links enable you to add a Staff Note, Employer Contact, Upload Documents, Upload Support Plans, and a new entry to the Timeline.
- The Tab Menu takes you to different pages in the Profile (Contact History, Client Information, Document Centre, Support Plans, Employment History, Timeline), where you can view, add or edit information. In the example below, Contact History is selected, so everything below the Tab Menu is about Contact History.
- This graph visually shows you the total SLI Hours.
- Here you have the contact history of your client. Along the top of section 6, you can see some filtering options. You can filter this information by typing in the search field, and/or adding a date range. This information can then be exported by selecting an option from the drop-down menu.
