Working in a house/facility (Roster-based appointment example).
These house shifts are entered into the Roster in Webcare, which is then available on your Mobile App.
From the My Appointments screen in your Mobile App, we are selecting the shift for Avery House, 3 pm - 11 pm.
Once you have selected the shift and are ready, click on Start Appointment.
Once you have clicked Start Appointment, a timer will start with the Start Time, Current Time, and Total Time. When you are ready to finish your shift, click on Complete Appointment.
After selecting Complete Appointment, you will be taken to the Submit Timesheet screen.
Actioned Details (see below), is a read-only page that records from your phone's timestamp and GPS, when and where the shift was started and located.
You are able to verify your shift with a photo and/or signature.
Simply click on the Take Photo section, take the photo, and save.
If using the Signature verification, you can write the signature on the screen, and then save it.
If the photo or signature is not correct, click on the red 'x' to delete it and start again.
Shift Actions gives you the ability to Approve or Dispute the Shift. If all the details are correct, you can Select Approve (1), add any Notes (2) associated with your shift, and then click Save & Submit Later or Submit Timesheet (3).
If you are disputing the shift, click Dispute, select an option from the Reason for Dispute list, and add any extra information about the dispute in the text box below the list, as well as any notes associated with your shift (1). Then select Save & Submit Later or Submit Timesheet (2).
If you Save and Submit Later, your shift will have a green tick icon next to it on the My Appointments screen and will show as Matched on the My Timesheets screen.
To submit, you just need to select the appointment from either screen and click on Submit Timesheet.
If you Submit Timesheet, an Appointment Submitted pop up box will appear and the shift will be shown as Approved on the My Timesheets screen.
