Create a New Staff for Supported Employment.
Select Staff from the Menu bar, then select Create New Staff from the drop-down menu.
Enter in the Staff information, along with their email address and a password for a staff login.
Click on Create Login.
You can see the new staff has been created and is now in the Active Staff List.
Clicking on the name will bring up the staff profile page, from here you can add an image of the staff member by clicking on the silhouette.
Click, Choose File. Select the file from your computer, then click Save.
From the staff profile you can also use the quick link buttons to Reset Password, Change Email Address or Disable Account.
If you Disable the account, this immediately makes the user Inactive and disables their login.
The archived staff profile can be found under the staff list, when filtered by Archived.
To reactivate a staff member, go to their profile, and enable Is Active. This will move them back to the Active Staff list.
To allow the staff member to login, click on Login Enabled.
