The My Appointments screen shows all your daily appointments.
My Appointments is the first screen you are shown when you open the Webcare app. Otherwise, it can also be accessed from the menu.
The appointments can be:
Scheduler-based appointments: One-on-one appointments where you are working directly with a client/person you support (e.g. working with Aroha on Homecare service)
Roster-based Shifts: These are house/facility shifts (e.g. Morning shift in Avery House).
The one-on-one appointments are added in Scheduler in Webcare, and the house/facility shifts are added in the Roster.
Below you can see the Homecare one-on-one appointment with Aroha Ataahua highlighted in purple.
The House/Facility Shift at Avery House is highlighted in Orange.
You can change the date you are viewing by selecting one from the calendar at the top of the screen. The highlighted date is Today's date.
