Scheduler-based and Roster-based appointment examples
Scheduler-based appointments: One-on-one appointments where you are working directly with a client/person you support (e.g. working with Aroha on Homecare service)
Roster-based Shifts: These are house/facility shifts (e.g. Morning shift in Avery House).
Clicking on an appointment will give you the appointment details.
Scheduler-based appointment (purple)- This one-on-one appointment gives you the location of the appointment, contact details, and access to the client's details (To see the article explaining the client details menu - click here). Select the I'm Here button when you are ready to start the appointment.
Roster-based shift (orange)- This shows you your house/facility shift information, click on Start Appointment when you are there to start your shift.

Once you have clicked on I'm Here or Start Appointment. Your appointment will then show as In Progress.
On the My Appointments screen you can see there is now a clock icon next to the appointment.
If you click on the appointment to see the details, there is a button for Completing the appointment, select this when you have finished your appointment or shift.

The appointment will now show as complete with a green tick icon on the My Appointments screen.
You can then Submit your timesheet.
