You can add an Employer Contact Note from a client profile or a Client Specific Note from an employer profile.
Both of these options will add a contact note to your client's profile and the employer's profile linking them together.
Select Clients from the menu bar, then select View all Clients from the drop-down menu.
Select your client from the list. Alternatively, you can also select them from the main dashboard under the list My Assigned Clients. Below we will select Aroha Ataahua.
Select Add Employer Contact.
The New Client Contact Note box will open. Enter the relevant information, ensuring you select the Employer from the drop down box and click Save.
If you leave the Applied to SLI Counter checked Yes, the time duration will be added to the SLI counter.
You can see below that the note has now been added to the contact history and the time duration of the contact has been added to the Total Hours (SLI) counter.
In the screenshot below you can see the contact note we added to the client's profile has also been added to the Employer profile.
You can also add an employer note from this screen, by selecting Add Client Specific Note. The steps to do this are exactly the same as above. Any time duration will also be added to the client's SLI Counter.
