This article explains how to Archive a Client in Webcare Supported Employment.
Select Clients from the menu bar, then select View all Clients from the drop down menu.
Select your client from the list. Alternatively you can also select them from the main dashboard under the list My Assigned Clients. Below we will select Aroha Ataahua.
When you have the clients profile open, select the Client Information tab.
Scroll down to the section asking if the client Is Active.
Change to No by clicking the slider.
Click Save Changes on the left side of the client information screen.
The client will now no longer show in your Client List when filtered by Active.
To see Archived clients, filter the Client List by Archived or All.
To re-activate an archived client. Simply select them from the Client List (filtered by Archived). Go the the Client Information tab and change the Active button back to Yes and Save Changes.
