To send a message within Webcare, you can go to the Communications page in the Staff or Client Profile, from a Clients Dashboard, the Goals & Outcomes Module or Staff Leave.

You can see the green Send Message button or the blue Message Staff button
on each of these screens. When you click either the Send Message button or the Message Staff button the text box will open:
Enter the Title, Details of the message and select the Staff member you are sending the message to from the dropdown list. Click Send Message.
If your organisation uses the Webcare Staff App, the recipient of the message (in this case Kate Martha) will receive a notification on their phone. Clicking on the notification will open the message and allow you to click Marked as Read.
The notification will also show on the My Communications page on their Staff profile and will show if a response has been recorded (Marked as Read).
