The My Communications page is located on either a staff or client profile, accessed on the Side Menu Bar.
The layout for both Staff and Client Communications is the same.
To access, click or
from the menu along the top of Webcare.
Select a Staff/Client from the list - Their profile will open.
On the Left hand side of your screen you can see the Side Menu Bar , this can open and close giving you more room to view information. Select Communications:
The Communications page holds all the notifications for this person (Like an inbox).
The columns give you the notification information.
Title - Title of the message
Message - Content of the message
Details - Click details to see all the message/notification details
Created by - Who created the notification
Created - Date and Time the notification was created
Response - Lets you know if a reply was sent and/or 'marked as read' was selected
The Client Notifications page also gives you 'Send to' and 'App User' columns, as notifications can be sent from the Webcare Staff app for a client.
You can filter the Notifications by selecting an option on the drop down menu. Selecting one of these options, will adjust the notifications list to only include that selection.
