To set up permissions for Client My Notes, go to the Manage Permissions screen.
Home > Administration > Security > Permission Manager
To set the permissions for My Notes:
- In the Permission Manager, select the Client tab
- Then, select the Role Name (e.g. Service Advocate)
- Under Client Notes, tick the Read, Create, Update or Delete checkboxes. The Read will allow read access, Create will allow creating new notes, Update will allow updating existing notes, and Delete will allow deleting existing notes.
(Read access is required for Create, Update, and Delete permissons to take effect) - Click Save to save changes
