Staff App Login Setup
To create a staff member login for the App:
1. If a staff member does not have a core login, then under the Staff Login tab, it will show ‘This staff member has no login’.
To create a new staff login, in the Edit mode, enter Email, Username and Password, Mobile Number details, and check ‘Login Enabled’ and ‘App Login Enabled’. Then, assign them to a Role and click 'Save' to create a new user.
2. If a staff already has a core login, then the Login tab will show their login details and ‘App Login Enabled’ as ‘No’.
In the Edit mode, tick ‘App Login Enabled’ and enter their Mobile number.
Once the mobile account is set up, please download and install Webcare app from Apple AppStore (for iPhones) or Google PlayStore (for Android phones).
To Register the Staff App, please use Organisation ID, Username and Password. The App setup should take you through the rest of the registration process.
