Sign In to your Webcare Mobile Account

Download Webcare Mobile App

Please download and install Webcare app from Apple AppStore (for iPhones) or Google PlayStore (for Android phones). Once downloaded, you will need to Sign In for the first time on the mobile App.

Sign In

When signing in for the first time, you will need your Username, Password and Organisation ID.
Your organisation's administration team will have created your username and password, they will also have the Organisation ID (this is supplied by Webcare).

 Setting Passcode and Enable Face/Fingerprint ID

Once the successful verification and login, you can set your Passcode. The Passcode is a six-digit number that will be required every time you need to access the app. Please ensure that you are not sharing this Passcode with any other passcodes, and they are not easy to guess (e.g. not sequential 1234, your birthdate, etc.) To enable Face/Fingerprint ID for logging in, accept this feature after your passcode is set.
