Adding a New Entry to the Oranga Tamariki Register
To start using the Oranga Tamariki Days Away Register. First click the link on the home page of Webcare - Days Away Register (Oranga Tamariki).
The Days Away Register page will open.
You can see the clients who have an OT contract on the left hand side of the calendar and what days have already been added blocked out. You can double click on these blocked dates to see the details or edit the time if a client comes back early etc.
To add a new entry, double click with your mouse on the date they will be away or click on the green 'Add new Days Away' button.
Once you have double clicked on a date, the Days Away data box will pop up.
Click on the arrow to select a Client from the drop down list. (Only the clients who have an OT contract will show)
Next select the Client Activity. At this stage there is only one option.
Click on Away on a Short Break.
Enter the Date Range the client will be away for. You can select the date and time. Click OK when complete.
Next you can add any Notes associated with the clients 'Days Away' time.
Once you have entered the information, click Done and the 'Day Away' will be saved into the calendar.
