Managing your Tamariki Services in the Days Away Register (Oranga Tamariki)
To manage Tamariki Services in the Oranga Tamariki Days Away Register. First click the link on the home page of Webcare - Days Away Register (Oranga Tamariki).
The Days Away Register page will open. Click on the Tamariki Services tab.
The Tamariki Services page will show you a list of Clients who have contracts linked to them already.
The + Add button gives you the ability to add a contract to a client and Edit to change existing entries (e.g. add a Service End Date).
Add a Contract to a Client
Click + Add.
1 - Client Name - Select the Clients name from the drop down list.
2 - Contract Number - Select the Contract number from the drop down list. If the contract number is not listed. You will need to add it into the Provider Contracts section.
3 - Contract Service - Next you can select the Contract Service from the drop down list. This will have been linked to the Contract Number in the Provider Contracts section. When you select the Contract Service, the fields below it will populate automatically.
4 - Service Start Date - Enter the date the client came into your care.
5 - Service End Date - This can be left blank and edited when the client leaves your care.
6 - IsActive - Ensure this is ticked for an Active client
7 - Save - Click on Save when all the information has been added. The client will now be in the Tamariki Services list.
If the client has not automatically been added to the Days Away Register page, select the Days Away Register Tab (1) > Add Client (2) > Select Client and double click with your mouse.
This will add them to the calendar.
