In the client or staff list, press the control or <Ctrl> and the F button
on your computer .
This will bring a search box. Type the Client or Staff name and press enter.

A staff is unable to login
Your staff may have failed to login five or more times (by using the wrong username or password). For security reasons, this would lock the staff member out. To re-enable staff login.

When searching for your Webcare site from an outside computer, you need to write the full address in the internet address bar NOT the search engine. For security reasons, your personal site has been hidden from google and other browsers, which means you need to enter the full address in the address bar:
