To access the client Dashboard, click from the menu along the top of Webcare.
Select the Client you want to view or edit details from the list..
The Clients Dashboard will open. This page contains the red Essential Information box in the top left hand corner.
If you do not have the Goals and Outcomes module or the Dashboard, the Essential Information box will show on the General page as a movable icon. When clicked the Essential Information box will open.
The way to use both Essential Information boxes is the same.
To add New Information, click the plus sign . This will bring up the Add Information box.
Mark as Important: Adds a red circle with an exclamation mark inside it.
Keep this on top: Ensures this essential information will stay at the top of the list.
Save: Saves the information for the Essentials Information list.

You can now see our new entry is sitting at the top of the list.
To View, Edit or Delete an entry, simply select the item and click on any one of the icons.
The security settings for the Essential Information box is located in Administration - Security - Manage Permissions.
