My Health is located on a clients profile on the Side Menu Bar. To access, click from the menu along the top of Webcare.
Select a Client name from the list - The Clients profile will open.
On the Left hand side of your screen you can see the Side Menu Bar , this can open and close giving you more room to view information. Select My Health:
The My Health section draws information from different parts of Webcare, keeping it all in one place.
Additionally, any information entered here, will also be pushed back to update the original location.
When editing or adding information, click Edit, enter the information, then click the Save button for the section you have updated.
For example. The Health Information on the My Health page below is pulled directly from the My Health tab.
Below Warning Signs and Alerts on the My Health page is pulled directly from from the My Support Plan (About Me tab).
For example, if we update the Allergies section by highlighting the text in the top box on the My Health page, it will then show on the My Support Plan (About Me tab) when saved.
The My Background section is also pulled from My Support Plan (About Me tab).
The Likes and Dislikes section on the My Health page is pulled from the Do's & Don't Profile tab.
The security settings for the My Health section is located in Administration - Security - Manage Permissions.
