The My Notes (Clients) can be accessed either from the Clients list or from the Side Bar Menu of the individual client.
To access, click from the menu along the top of Webcare. Select Notes for the client you require.
If 'Select Notes' is displaying your customised Forms (old, formatted notes), please contact us to update this link to the new 'My Notes'.
Alternatively, select My Notes from the side menubar located on a Clients profile. (Click on a clients name, the side menubar will be on the left side of the screen)
The My Notes page lists all the custom forms for recording client Notes. The standard forms are Daily Notes and the Progress Notes which is related to the Goals & Outcomes module.
Based on the organisation's requirements, additional custom forms can be added to the My Notes (e.g. RN Note, Behaviour Plan, Catup-Review Meeting)
To add, update and delete notes from My Notes, the user will require assigned permissions.
Once the permissions are assigned, users can add, update, and delete notes.
