To add, update and delete notes from My Notes, the user will require assigned permissions.
My Notes can be accessed from the top menu or from the side menubar of the selected client, staff, or facility.
Add New Note
To add a new note, select the type of Note from the tabs, and click Add. For example, to add a new Daily Note, select the Daily Note tab and click Add button.
In the Edit Details, fill out the form, and press Save to save your changes.
Edit Note
To edit an existing note, select the note and click the Edit button
After the changes, click the Save button to save your changes.
Delete Note
To delete an existing note, select the note and click the Delete button
To confirm the deletion, click Yes in Are you sure you want to delete this record? dialog.
