The Communications page is located on a clients profile on the Side Menu Bar.
To access, click from the menu along the top of Webcare. Select a Client from the list - The profile will open.
On the Left hand side of your screen you can see the Side Menu Bar , this can open and close giving you more room to view information. Select Communications:
The Communications page holds all the notifications for this client. (Like an inbox)
The columns gives you the notification information.
Send To - Who the Notification was sent to
App User - The User who is registered to the App
Title - Title of the message
Message - Content of the message
Details - Click details to see all the message/notification details
Created by - Who created the notification
Created - Date and Time the notification was created
Response - Lets you know if a reply was sent and/or 'marked as read' was selected
You can filter the Notifications by selecting an option on the drop down menu. Selecting one of these options, will adjust the notifications list to only include that selection.
Below is an example of a Progress Note message Notification and what you see when you click on Details.
Message Staff
Message Staff is to send a staff member a quick message.

Notify Staff
Notify Staff, is to let a staff member know details or information about a Progress Note.
If you select a Progress Note from the list below the Notify Staff button, you will see the button becomes active. This means you can send a notification.
