Prerequisites
- The host machine (i.e. desktop, notebook, etc.) must have Internet Explorer (not Microsoft Edge), and NOT Firefox, Safari, Google Chrome etc, and,
- Webcare need to be added as a trusted site,
- You must be signed in automatically when you log in.
Access Client Details
To export documents to a spreadsheet, click Action (1) on the submenu bar and then select Export to Spreadsheet (2).
Once you have selected Export to Spreadsheet it should bring up the information in excel.
If you are getting this message;
It means you are missing one of the prerequisites. You will need to check that you are using Internet Explorer and NOT Firefox, Safari, Google Chrome, Internet Explorer Edge etc. That you have Webcare added as a trusted site, and that when you log in you have clicked sign in automatically
