Accessing and viewing the client's service providers and funding schedule
To access the services tab, first click on the client tab on the home screen.
Then click on the name of the client you wish to view the service providers and schedules for.
Once you have opened the client's information click on Services (1) tab.
Clicking on the services tab will bring up all of the current active funding providers and existing funding schedules. See below:

To edit a preexisting contract provider's information, click on the name of the provider and
click on Edit (1)
Click on the information you want to edit and then click save (1).
Each drop down (the wee arrow on the side of the text field) will have a set of automatic changes or subsequent editable changes depending on the current requirements of either your firm or the Service Provider. You can edit most of information but if there is some autocompleted fields you need to change you may need to contact your administrator.
Adding a new Service Provider
To add a new service provider follow the steps above, however, after clicking on the edit button, click on the +New Referral button at the bottom of the list of Service Referrals (1).
Enter the information relevant in the order of top to bottom as shown.
Edit the information starting with the Funding Provider: option. This will automatically create a list of other required information such as Weekly Planned Hours and other such related options depending on the Funding Provider. If the funding provider you require is not there, contact your administrator so they can add the funding provider. Find out how to do this here.
Click on Save (5) button on the top left of the page to save the finished form.
