The Client Dashboard is the landing page for your clients profile.
This Dashboard contains quick at-a-glance information without having to dig deeper into the clients profile.
To access the client dashboard, click Clients on the menu along the top of Webcare.
A Client list is shown. Select the Client you want to view or edit details. Clicking on the Client's name will bring up their dashboard.
Client Details: The details and photo of your client is located at the top of the page. These details are pulled directly from the profile page of your client.
Photo - from the Profile tab | Name and NHI number - from the Personal tab | Disabilities - from the Disability tab | Services - from the Services tab.
Side Menu Bar: The left side of the page contains the side menu bar, this contains quick links to take you to different parts of the client profile. See more about the Side Menu Bar here.
Essential Information: The Essential Information area gives you space to hold additional information that is important for staff to know immediately, and on a daily basis. More information on how to use this area, can be found here.
Progress Notes and Goals: Below this client information area are the current Progress Notes, and Goals. These are pulled directly from the Goals & Outcomes page. Find out more about these here.
You can also Notify and/or Message Staff about a clients progress notes from the Dashboard.
