Archiving A Client | Restoring An Archived Client
To Archive a Client
Click on Clients (1) from the menu bar, then select the client (2) you wish to archive.
Click on the Edit button (1) (if you do not have the option to do this, please see your supervisor who will have access). Selecting the edit button will bring up the option to edit the clients information and will also bring up the option to Archive.
Click on the Archive button (1) on the right of the screen. Once you have selected this option press OK to save.

Restoring An Archived Client
- To restore an archived client it is best to start on the home screen. To start on the home screen firstly click on Home (1). Next click on the Administration (2) button on the same submenu bar (where is menubar? and what is a submenu bar?)

- Clicking on administration will provide you with a list of options, one of which is to archive client. Select Archive Client List (1) to bring up a list of all archived clients. Select the client you wish to restore by clicking.

- Once you have selected archived client list, select the client you wish to restore by clicking on their name.

- Once you have selected the client this will bring up the option of recovering the client. Click on Recover this record (1).
