Access Client Details
To access the client details, click Clients on the menu bar.
A Client list is shown. Select the Client you want to view or edit details.
Clicking on the Client's name will bring up their dashboard with important information.
You can select General from the Left hand side menu to get to the client details page.
The advanced notes of the Client can be accessed by clicking Notes on the right side.
You can also select Outcomes, Support Plan or Documents.
Ctrl + F This will bring up a search box on your page, type the clients name and press enter.
Client Details
Client's General information is divided into different tabs e.g. Personal, Profile, Next of Kin, Disability, Services, Other Services, Allocations, Schedule Login, Admin Notes and My Health.
Each tab's information can be accessed by the clicking the respective tab. Some of the tabs may not be displayed, this is due to the permissions assigned to you.
The Advanced Notes can be accessed by clicking Client Notes on the submenu bar (what is submenu bar?)
Client Advanced Notes
The Advanced Notes keeps track of the day-to-day activities of a Client.
These individual notes are based on specific types, such as Progress Note, Incident Note, Outcome, etc, and be grouped together.
The different types of Advanced Notes are customised as per your organisation's specific requirements.
Edit Client Details
To edit Client's details, click Edit button on the right side. This will show the current tab in edit mode. Please note that not all the tabs will have an edit button. This is due to the permissions assigned to you.
In the edit mode, you can make the required changes.
- To save, press Save button (two buttons are available, one on the right side and another on the bottom)
- To exit the edit mode, press Close Editor button. If the changes are not saved, then this will discard all the changes. To preserve the data, press Save then Close Editor.
- To archive the Client, press Archive button. This will archive the client and all the tabs will be changed to read-only mode i.e. no Edit button is displayed. Archive button will be visible to you if you have permissions to archive a Client.
